Return and exchange

We at Emeraldz provide a very hastle-free return and exchange policy to our valuable customers. We try our best to check each and every product before dispatching an order. However, any product found damaged or faulty at the time of delivery can be exchanged by contacting our customer support at +92301 1117991

Emeraldz will only be responsible to return & exchange products within 7-days from the date of delivery. No return & exchange will be accepted after 7-days from the date of delivery.

Please note that in case of return & exchange, customer is responsible that all products should reach emeraldz without any damage. 

Also, if a customer wants to return & exchange products, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay delivery charges and ship the products at emeraldz office located at 196-A, New Choburji Park, Multan Road, Lahore. However, emeraldz can arrange pickup logistics services for the customer for return & exchange of products from their given address. For that customer will have to pay a delivery charge of Rs.150

All return & exchange orders will be shipped with standard delivery charges of Rs.199
